The important part of this story is that Thoth knew the secret of Inanna’s miraculous birth and life and that she could be the hub for the planet to be a proxy for humanity.
Inanna was killed by Ninhursag and her body hung in a freezer on meathooks. Her father sent two androids to retrieve her so he could resurrect her, but the ruling council banished her. She could choose to be imprisoned in the Abzu or to go through the painful procedure of incarnating as a human.
