The Cosmic Law That Decrees That to Give Is to Receive (Part 2)
The Seer:
The vast power of the Almighty holds together a massive field (originally called the firmament) within which individuated life will take place.*
The power used to hold the firmament together, has to change through what is called 'clustering' — holding individual clusters of building blocks together to form individuals.
The spark of energy released by this change of form of power, ignites lifeforce.
How This Articulates In an Individual's Life
The individuation contains its own ' portion' of power that enables its birth into physical life (at birth the individual enters circle #1). The individual's inherent power has to change from holding together a less dense form in the soul realm, to holding together a more dense material form.
This change in how power expresses, releases a spark of energy, that reactivates the rotational, dynamic power source of cycles (circle #2). In the eternal existence of an individual, the rotating cycles come in the form of lifetimes of rebirth cycles.

Presumably this works in a slightly different way for an immortal that has combined the soul and physical life ( combining life and death) as one individuation.
