The Serpent Clan (The Head of the Snake)

Rogier:
You've detailed how there are various god clans that operate on the rim of the Disc of Life, around which the cosmos turns, that each preside over a specific quadrant of this wheel.^* And that whenever we move in one of these quadrants, the influence of that particular clan is heightened. These clans include the El-Hamud, the Ra Gods (Anunnaki), the Dragon Clan, the Anai-Asai (AI) and the Original Ones. Some questions…

How many quadrants are there? (It seems like there should be four, but…)

The Seer:
There are four quadrants. The reason you are listing five rather than four, is because the El-Hamud, is the same as the dragon clan.

1. The El-Hamud (Kings of the Desert)
2. The Anai-Asai (AI)
3. The Ra Gods (of which the Anunnaki are an example)
4. The Original Ones, also called the Serpent clan, the Magicians or the Healers

Rogier:
How long do we spend, on average, in each quadrant?

The Seer:
The movement of cosmic life through the influence of these god clans, is not in a circular, but in a spiraling movement. At the widest point the spiral would take 300 billion light years to travel around through all four quadrants. But when the cosmic spiraling rotation is in a contracting mode (known as the Blue Road) the spiraling rotation gets smaller and smaller. The time it takes to move through each quadrant gets shorter and shorter.

The opposite is true when the cosmos is in its expansion mode (known as the Red Road) so there isn't a set time of moving through each quadrant. The closer life gets to the center of the cosmic spiral of life, the shorter the time spent under the influence of each of these god clans. When it eventually reaches its maximum expansion or its maximum contraction, it moves through to a higher dimension.

Rogier:
Of the god clans, why were only the Original Ones entrusted with the Infinite's sacred tools and teachings?

The Seer:
The serpent clan, or Original Ones, are known as the elders of the gods, or the head of the snake; they were the first to individuate as the Infinite's creation. The second reason is that wherever in the cosmos they were placed among newer lesser developed races, they were the only clan mature enough not to exploit or abuse them. Instead, they carefully and respectfully educated and taught the lesser developed race.

Seer's Note:
Before the last ice age, all over the Earth, they taught agriculture, engineering, and science, as well as governmental administration, etc.
