As someone managing health issues [ME/CFS] that are preventing working or leaning more into self-sufficiency (for instance, canning, gardening, or at this point even washing dishes or cooking, etc.) how can I apply these principles to be of assistance rather than a hindrance? It's not practical to rely on a miracle to pay the rent every month, and without family to help I've turned to social safety nets and programs for assistance. I sometimes wonder if my actions are detrimental to the group's collective goal of becoming more self-sufficient?
Redefine what self-sufficiency means to you anew each day. For instance, even though it may be so that you gratefully accept state assistance today, find one thing that you can do for yourself [daily] that does not tax your body.
- Please stay away from products that have tung oil in them.
- Eggs aren't helping in your case either.
The chronic fatigue can go into remission by listening to what your body needs to eat and when it needs to rest. To overtire the body works against putting the chronic fatigue (the Epstein-Barr Virus) into remission. If you have any assistance to help you apply the chronic disease program for a few months (please listen to the audio to tell you how), that would be the most valuable tool to alleviate these symptoms.
I'd like to gift you a healing oil that I'll prepare for you. Please contact Tina at Spiritual Journeys to send you the oil.
