Almost everything in the first two parts of this message is already known by the secret services of the super power countries.† But what is not known by them (except by a very few) is the bigger reason why soulforce is so imperative. Here is some background information to be aware of before I explain:

- The dominant race of the "friendly races", group A — the race responsible for engineering the human race — is itself made up of two sections. Section 1 cloned a servant class (section 2).
- Over millions of years the servant class has interbred with their race and a great dependency on having servants has formed — both of these factors have weakened them. This can only be rectified by infusing soul force into the clone lineages. Something they don't know how to do.
- This quest for soulforce has caused the races to appear as attractive to humans as possible so that interbreeding can take place. The hybrid fetuses are often implanted into human mothers' uteruses.
- When asked who can create souls, the races in group A answer: "only the Supreme Being can". The laws that must be adhered to in creating bodies for a special specie, is also determined by 'the Supreme Being'.‡

So, these ET's are stuck with a problem and they're basically covering it with a patchjob because they don't have access to the source material. I.e. dividing soulforce between optimized bodies because they can't produce it.
Guess it's a good thing OO's are virtually invisible to the outside. It sounds like either the direct creation of a soul, or maybe the soulforce of an OO is what they're looking for?
