You are correct in that we haven’t “mastered” the law of compensation yet.
Some pertinent insights:
- I have often been asked what purpose growth and accelerated evolution serves when there is no point of arrival. The short answer is: it energizes all life. The longer explanation is that by increasing perception (and thus power) on one side of the tube torus, it increases the inequity vis-à-vis the other side. In order to bring equality to both sides of experience, the Law of Compensation increases the movement through the middle to the other side. This increased speed of rotation empowers cosmic life. By evolving beyond the masses, you are therefore evolving all life.
- The second insight about the Law of Compensation is that because there is a price to pay for every increase, increased growth brings decreases stability.
- It was during the still point when we were on the rim of cosmic space, that the time was propitious for changing the energy source of cosmic movement. The benefit would be that excellence would not come at a price. Growth would have no penalty. But we did not succeed. The attempt was made to replace justice (or the search for equality) with gratitude as the moving force of life.

Wow!! That is amazing! What is even more amazing is that during that time I had a situation going on in my life that was “extremely unfair” (crazy distortions, false accusations and misperceptions of me that seemed so off kilter) and I was acutely aware at the time that the challenge was to feel gratitude for the gift of this horribleness (very unusual for such a thing to happen, so it was clear that it served a cosmic purpose beyond appearances), but in all honesty struggled immensely to let the feeling of wanting to “set it straight” go, and was aware that I “failed” in whatever the challenge was. While in a larger sense there are no failures, only perfection, etc etc, I think it’s also important to soberly acknowledge where we have not managed to catch the curveball thrown at us, otherwise even further loss of power occurs through leaking energy. This clarifies so much, deeply grateful.
Edit: just in case that wasn’t obvious, that “want to set it straight” feeling is definitely a hidden form of subtle justice-seeking.
