Perceptions to Prepare the Way for a Life of No Opposites
When we live separated from the song of self, the egoic self replaces it with false emotions of fear, pain, anger, guilt, and protectiveness. They form from the false arrogance of the ego fighting for survival and to maintain its control over our lives:
- Anger arises when anything challenges its tyrannical control; when the dysfunctionality of the ego is not indulged.
- The ego is but a contracted perspective; a focus on the details. Instead, it tries to run our lives, but is inadequate to do so. This creates fear of failure.
- The egoic self feels that life is unfair; that it is unappreciated. Pain arises from its misperception that the little, egoic self can accomplish and achieve. It is able to accomplish only mediocrity when it tries to do so on its own — cut off from being the tool of the One Life.
Timeless expression of genius is blocked when mind tries to justify the existence of the ego.
The Hamagda (as Received by the Seer)
- Self-pity and the pain of perceived victimhood forms because the ego-driven life believes it should not have to conform to life, but that life should conform to it. It wants the predictability of walking the same journey of linear change over and over gain.
