Almine isn't taking questions these days, but I'll see if I can find an audio on the matter. Essentially all the negatives you list, the manifestations of density, arise from resistance to life. (Usually as self-pity and self-importance.) So the question is how you can begin to release the resistance. To this end we use Almine's tools and teachings. With these, she says, the focus is not to 'decrease the burden', but rather to 'strengthen the player'.

I have been guided to really watch what I say and write, to really watch what statements and decrees I make about myself and my life. Say that it's this or that will only help to crystallize or manifest that. In fact, when I really think about it and change my perspective, I realize that I do have support even if it may not seem or look like what I wish it was. I do have freedom: no one is keeping me stuck anywhere but myself. I do have abundance and joy, I just need to make the choice to move towards it with faith, hope, and trust, instead of living in resistance and fear.

this is awesome. from my perspective… these comments, I recognize as the process in action– the shift in perspective and it changes the circumstance – it literally falls away, at least in my experience – and now visually, here. Hmm reminds me.. of something I've implemented or added, its the intention or ability to recognize these events specifically — recognition portion of the process. -which im currently doing (hah) –

Dearest Almine, I am always amazed at how in sync we are on this journey.
Just in the past couple of months I've been called, inspired, to begin "mastering" prayer and blessing. To use the right wording and purest intention free from agendas and specific demands, but just pure well-wishing and gifts of grace. It's all new to me but it feels good. I don't feel like trying to control life's outcomes or processes, but simply request blessings that empower the individual within with strength and grace, and creating a field of hope for blessings to be delivered and for life to unfold as gracefully as possible.
