Dearest, I deeply appreciate your timely counsel. I literally just walked in the door having returned home from watching a movie with a character, now grown old, that I was introduced to decades ago. Even with the "happy ending " of the movie I left the theater in tears feeling such a deep sadness that this once robust man has ended up in this state. Thank you for the reminder to cultivate happy and positive thoughts. I did not realize that this depression was so pervasive. I will do my best to smile more too. With much ❤️
