The Seer's Card of the Day
Through discipline do we master the body. Through fluid surrender do we master formlessness. Through heightened awareness do we interpret the subtle currents of Infinite intent into experience.

Could The Nameless One define how she is using discipline here? And, from whence does the "motivation" to have self-discipline come? Vis-à-visi is she talking about a punishment reward system?
QUESTION: What creates motivation? Do we need to be motivated if we have acquired divine inspiration? What about those who are lacking divine inspiration? Could it be possible to be divinely inspired to be undisciplined?
Sarah says
Pretty confused what you're saying here but I don't think self-discipline should ever come from punishment/reward. I feel like the word punishment dismantles the concept in its entirety. I've always had self discipline and motivation come from inspiration and the inner strength to bring the inspiration to form – if that helps! ❤️

Thank you Sara. I appreciate your comment. The memory implants I incarnated with this time around. Was that of a pastor's kid. I had strict discipline growing up. Which hampered the expression of my inner child, which caused a lot of rebellion. Despite my best efforts, my inner-parent has internalized this outer tyranny growing up and still disciplines my inner child with reward and punishment. Do you know anything in Almine's material that can help with dissolving the controlling programs and beliefs of an internalized dysfunctional inner-parent? I don't seem to be able to parent myself without my inner-child vehemently rebelling, and running the show unparented.

I feel like there's going to be lots that could help with that, I'm not sure what would be best out of her work, however, I also had a dysfunctional inner family from childhood (and teenagehood and adulthood) trauma, and the most helpful tools I used were the meridian sound healing (found on the almine store), the sub personality oils (from the fragrance alchemy store), and then multiple power sigils. On the almine diary website, theres free power sigils for the sub personalities, childhood abuse/neglect (probably includes many other dysfunctions), and positive self image – as well as I believe there's one specifically for the inner child and I have a stack of them that I go through now occasionally, but daily if I'm struggling with something, and call on the angelgods to support myself. The oils and sound healing obviously cost money, but the power sigils are free! If I were to choose between the healing oils and the sound healing, I would choose the sound healing as I noticed a very drastic difference after the initial discomfort.
Also something that kept coming to mind as I wrote that, is being affectionate and gentle to the self. Bringing online more of the gentle nurturing even starting with smaller things that may feel ridiculous at first, would help heal both inner child and inner parent I'd think ❤️

Thank you Sarah. Your compassionate understanding, self-work, and mastery is inspiring. I appreciate the many helpful suggestions. I'll start working with the meridian sound healing, since it seems so highly recommended.
I think your referring to this one: https://almine.store/product/the-song-of-the-ages-48-sound-elixirs-for-the-twelve-meridians/
Much gratitude 🙏
