Preparing the Body for Higher Consciousness (Part 1)

How essential is it for us to raise kundalini energy within the physical body for enlightenment / high consciousness? I am not sure if I am correct, but there is a feeling as if we are very high in perception due to abundance of information, but the body lags behind.

What steps would you recommend for raising kundalini, if it is really what we need to help our bodies to catch up with our perception?

The Seer:
The "raising of the kundalini" is a New Age / Buddhist concept. It's a bit like saying that knowing the alphabet, is making a scholar of someone.

Certainly, the blockages in the chakra areas need to be cleared so that the prana in the organic tube can flow unobstructedly, and the twelve ordinary meridians (and eight extraordinary meridians) can be cleared. The steps of recapitulation (as given in my first book A Life of Miracles), are helpful in clearing the pranic tube.^✶

This purifying of the physical and other bodies, is definitely often overlooked in favor of spiritual growth, and these could then lag behind spiritual advancement.

The aim of clearing the pranic tube is a partial solution to preparing the body for higher consciousness, but still an elementary and necessary step.
