I was wondering why Joanne does have the number 4 in the sequence in the order that Almine states in this in formation. I am wondering if I have missed something. The sequence Almine gave is as follows Mi-3rd Re-2nd (Low) Do-1st Fa 4th Ti- 7th La 6th and So – 5th. Would you be able to clarifyy this for me.
That’s right. The 4th degree of the scale is fa and the order is per Almine’s directions. 🌺 Joanne

We can email these files upon request, but note it’s just a demonstration to get the idea. To clear the chakras you have to sing the notes yourself.
