The Seer:
You can trace the Labyrinths with your finger. Ideally while listening to a repetition of the following seven notes: mi, re, low do, fa, high do, ti, la mi, re, (low) do, fa, ti, la, so.✶
But be aware that opening chakras will bring up many suppressed memories and emotions that will have to be dealt with through the nine steps of recapitulation as given in the book, Journey to the Heart of God.
There are eight labyrinths that I have received during the years. Numbers 1-7 are for the specific seven chakras and the eighth is for the unified chakra field. Trace them all one by one with your finger in the following order (this is the successive order in which they open):
First trace number three, then number two, number one and then number four. Then trace number eight, seven and end with number six. You'll notice that number five has been omitted (the note "so" is not part of the musical sequence).

Hello, Rogier; I am just double checking the order of tracing the labyrinths. I followed these instructions first, then did it again, omitting labyrinth number eight but including number five. If this is correct, what do we do with labyrinth number eight? Do we trace it as well, at the end?
Hi Miriam, it's in the next post: "The high 'do' can be sung as a closing note, if one is working with the eight fields of existence (then one can also trace the eighth labyrinth)." (Obviously there's more to this, but suffice to say the 8th Labyrinth doesn't feature in chakra clearing.)

I just realized as I went back to the course Masters of Manifestation that the ceremony given uses the old Sigil of Blahut that has now been completed by the changed name Arkon (aha!) as given in the full 20 Principles of Hope…I would imagine this would change the alchemy of the ceremony we originally did.
In any case I can't help feeling it is wonderful and exciting and divine. 🙂
Oh my goodness I just did Almine's Chakra Mediattion…
This is a wonderful chakra meditation lead by our Beloved, she is her most beautiful in this mediation as she assists us in clearing the plug of the chakras from the pranic tube and then clearing the 7 chakras and their debris. She takes us on a musical journey with the beautiful music from a "Place in Time" (I think), and she begins with the 4th chakra (the heart) and then the 3rd and second as we move a small ball of "fuchsia light" through our chakras….I believe at the end when we explode the large ball of white light behind our naval we are creating the Unified Field of the 7 chakras. It leaves me feeling fresh and renewed!
The meditation is called the IAM Chakra Meditation that was given on the I Am network.
I would think it would be quite helpful to do in preparation for the tracing of the 7 labyrinths? but I don't know.
I don't know if Rogier can find it and offer it as a store product?
But many of us may already have it in our own archives, it is great to review and do again and again. 🙂

This morning, I was reminded about the Self-Knowledge Quizzes we were given a few years ago. We were told there were eight, but as far as I can remember, 'only' three were given. The first was the Tablet of Arkbar. Some information can be found on the Diary – May 12th, 2016, May 17th, 2016.
