A personal note from the Seer:
I've been thinking about the price gouging of many companies that use the financial downturn and shortage of supplies, as an excuse to triple (and more) their prices.
Personally, I refuse to buy any further from a company that takes advantage of hard times and the misfortune of others to benefit themselves. Because of this, I've had to do without many items I used to think were essential. It has made me more self-sovereign and my life more wholesome — a blessing in disguise.

Thank you Beloved Almine for sharing this. My husband and I share your insight and we have also refused to partake in spending in this manner. We have found life to be more wholesome in that we need much less while experiencing much more joy in life.

Here in Ontario, some companies are keeping the same price or a bit more for essential grocery items and in the summer we have the farmer's market as well
