The inhabitants of Tiamat were genetically altered to be warrior-like and very aggressive— the result of prolonged (multiple generations) conflict with the Greys and a decision by their ruling elite. The elite purchased a death star — a planet that could destroy other planets — from beings in another galaxy.✶ They called it Nibiru and locked it into an elliptical orbit that would return home, back to Tiamat, every 3,600 years for repairs and alterations. This elliptical orbit was meant to be a patrol area of protection of the solar system. The death star was operated by the Anunnaki.
The more advanced consciousness of the Builder Race could see that a hugely destructive weapon in the hand of an aggressive race was a threat to all including themselves. Their governing lineages offered a peaceful solution:
The Builder Race created a grid around this and surrounding solar systems, that would keep invaders away.
What happens next (about 200,000 years ago) has been covered up by deliberately giving a fake history to Sumerians and other ancient record keeping races. (Note: there is a massive library on a satellite that rotates around Neptune.)
