Very interesting! I felt this, and couldn't figure out what it was. This must happen often enough because it's not an unfamiliar feeling, and every time it does it feels like it suddenly becomes crucial to have a day or two to just be in stillness and as much surrender as possible.
I had an impressive dream about a week ago with a massive lightning. It was a ball (like in this post‘s picture) and it rolled down the street in which I grew up while making impressive sounds. It almost hit my parents house but then crashed into the big beech tree (which is my friend) next to the house – without destroying it. It was like the tree was in flames… enlightened… not burning. I couldn't figure out the meaning… so I feel this message might be the answer. Thank you so much 🙏

Wow! On Tuesday we had a corona around the sun and there is always a different quality to the surroundings at these times. I was called to sit out with the sun and took some photos, but this time I actually felt nauseous, the energy was so strong and I had to go inside. I looked up if there were any solar storms, and there weren't, but of course now I learn it didn't occur until Wednesday!
Interesting! My life is very different during solar minimums and the ramp up to solar maximum. I feel those flares and solar storms. They breath energy into me and I feel honored to channel this energy to the Earth as I dance among its waves. I saw a grand phosphene kaleidoscope rippling across my eyes in the dark the other night. The next day there was a radiant sparkle shining through everything at the park. Beautiful music brings me to tears and my intuitive abilities are enhanced. I'm blossoming as if it were a seasonal spring and I were a cherry tree. My previous solar spring was a decade ago.

Barbara's suggestion of dancing barefoot on the Earth sounds wonderful!
Dancing, singing, playing musical instruments, yoga, chakra work, also turning up the volume on music or listening to music being performed live [the sound vibrations seems to break up stagnation or stuck energy in the body really well.. but perhaps its better saved for times when one is not feeling acute symptoms] those are the things that seem to help me flow with the energies.
Dancing barefoot on the Earth! I can imagine how this would harmonise the effects within one's own body and life, while blythefully carrying out our missIon 💛
