There is much clamorous rhetoric about the need for freedom, but one is really never free while staying captive of the egoic mind. The prison bars of the ego trap the awareness, hinder personal growth and promote ill health. Study and dedicate time to apply the nine steps of recapitulation✶ to dissolve the ego’s grip on one’s life.

Yes, this pertains to my manifested situation where I want ro break free from, but the mirrored ego is so strong that I did not found the ways yet to find solutions that heals both sides. I just realized that I still am fighting the madness in my life, but all it wants is unconditional love. I remember that totall forgiveness is part of these 9 steps, and I can see I became cold and defensive to those beings who entered my sacred space. But they have come to teach me, and I need to claim my sacred space. But now I realize that this goes hand in hand with giving unconditional love. Untill now this has more been a theory for outside and worldly cicumstances, but I didn’t apply this from the core of my being to my own life, still feeling victemmized in some degree in my own home.
