Openness of the Heart

An open heart recognizes that it is a consciousness superimposed over all that is. Therefore to withhold the bounty of one's heart from another is to withhold it from one's self. Openness of the heart is an attitude of giving and receiving freely with the knowledge that we are all there is and so there is nothing to fear or protect.
The heart is the new life force center so resistance to life is also reflected in the heart. A truly open heart knows no resistance to life. An attitude of openness requires approaching everything with fresh eyes, a child-like perspective that approaches everything with curiosity and excitement. A silent mind is the perfect companion to an open-heart.

This metaphysics was received in 2008, so precedes the life force center relocation to the navel.
