The Power Wheel for the 8th Rune Library replaces the Wheel of the Resurrection Merkaba in the spreads of the upgraded 96 card version of the deck.
These Runes of the Cosmic Pulse pertain to the receptive portion of Spirit (at the Resurrection level) and are best suited for inquiries into whether something is supported by life, or will receive blessings.
Does the original 62 Rune version of the deck still serve some purpose? It does insofar this version is best suited for readings for human clients.

Where do we find the rune masters to truly teach us how to use these? instead of spending too much time just 'guessing'. I've wondered for YEARS why most original ones don't feel a closeness to one another?
Hello dear one, there is an Grand Master of the Runes for each continent. We studied with Anita who lives in New Brunswick Canada; via internet and telephone. She still teaches: Academy of Fragrance Alchemy is the name of her site. And there are a few others. I can't remember who though. I think only Grand Masters can teach because it is an Initiation process. Not a 'how to' set of instructions. Although there are instructions. It's a Calling 🙂

Could we please have some clarification on as to what is "supported by life" ? Thank you. For example, if it's an inquiry regarding moving somewhere – is this an instant where we may use this Rune set?
