The type of irritation caused by someone who dwells in a higher level of reality when in the presence of someone in a lower reality, can be recognized by its irrational nature. In other words, others are irritated, but there is no plausible reason why they should be.
But, in addition, there are some who deliberately and habitually do annoying things. As previously discussed during our retreats, these are the ones who drain the energy of others by focusing everyone's attention on themselves. They thrive by stealing energy from others through their irritating behavior. This way (one of many ways) of depleting others, can be recognized by the feeling of having been drained after being around them.
