Please explain how to strengthen the Through Axis' perspectives by living them. I have found that others and myself are more irritable than usual. Is it because it's time for us to become aware of the need to express these additional subpersonalities?
Yes, the need for forgotten truths create exaggerated consequences when it's time to remember them.
- To live the Disrupter's function of embracing change, examine the areas of your life that you wish you had done differently, and see them as a mere wrinkle in the eternal flow of never-ending experience. In other words: use the eternal perspective to see unpleasant hardship as a temporary and fleeting shadow across the path of your eternal journey.
- To see life from the Manager's perspective, organize your day by prioritizing what you want to accomplish, and then hold on lightly to your plans so that they remain fluid and you don't lock life into mediocrity with rigid expectations of yourself and others.
- The Shamanic perspective allows life around us to speak to us. It sees with the eyes of a poet or an artist how everything lives and interacts. We see ourselves as a part of nature — not apart from it. This point of view allows us to claim the abundance of nature as our heritage. This subpersonality works in conjunction with the Survivor to manifest the supply we need.
- The Survivor sees his or her being as his or her sustenance. Allow yourself to explore some aspect of existence each day; to learn something new, and go outside if your comfort zone each day. Self-disciplined accomplishment is the foundation of self-trust in our ability to create our own supply.
