If you are in the proactive stage of life, the best way is to build and create that which inspiration dictates and passion fuels. If you are in the receptive stage of your life, it is by creating times to be in your own company and in still communion with yourself. It doesn’t have to be a lot of time — as long as you take time to ‘come home to yourself’.
