For this new powersigil, please explain the component going 'off screen' at the bottom?
The Seer:
It's like a plug. These lined areas are filters that suck density through. When I first saw this image in a dream, I realized I should make the filter big, but close to the bottom. It's filtering areas of illusion, but instead of filtering them into lower realities (a closed filter area would do that), it's recycling these back into the environment as strong suits.
This is the first time I've had this happen — it's very unique.
