Self-Promotion Is Never Beneficial

A Private Conversation With the Seer

Question:
May I ask why you left Newport? And why for Idaho?

The Seer:
I left Newport to give my adored daughter, Jaylene, the opportunity to grow up. I'm aware of my overpowering mothering instinct, and even though I cried for months each time one of my children left my home, I have always for their sake, stood back and let them find their own way. It also seemed to be propitious to prepare a little home for my family, that's in a location that would be a more beneficial place for Earth changes, as well as climate and social changes. As such, I chose a very unassuming (some would call that "boring") location that didn't appeal to the crowds and ticked many of the boxes for survival criteria.

Question:
You have always encouraged your students to deepen the understanding of your teachings, and to teach others. Yet many of them are trying to be gurus on their own and produce their own information. There seems to be a desire for recognition by others that they're 'special'; the knowledge that you've ingrained in them of being "Original Ones" seems to have produced a 'god complex' in some.

The Seer:
Although they are "special" as you call, there is a definite change in their personality, a closing of the heart, when they search for recognition. This is because the role of being a godbeing in the flesh, can become yet another identity that re-establishes an egoic identity and arrogance. The search for self-important labels that make them feel important, is a very pervasive threat that must, through constant self-examination, be guarded against.

Question:
But if one tries to establish a business, isn't self-promotion essential?

The Seer:
No, self-promotion is never beneficial. Express your passion in all you do, infuse it with love and the desire to benefit all life, and the universe promotes you and your business.

Question:
How does your suggestion during the past years, that we "put roots under" the profound metaphysical information you've received, occur when we're trying to spread its message to others, but yet we should not self-promote? How do these go hand-in-hand?

The Seer:
Even the desire to share the messages with others, is an agenda. Masters at times seem callous when they ignore others, but focus on their own self-growth. But if the reason behind such seeming disregard for others is not based on selfishness, but rather on the deep conviction that all of life is influenced by proxy, then the master knows that to live well is the highest service that can be rendered and benefits all life. I am not saying, 'don't inspire and teach as requested to help guide others', I am merely saying that life will design an organically arising opportunity (business) that stirs your passion and benefits all.

Question:
Why are some of the Original Ones' mixing their own deductions and insights in with your work, causing them to become self-important? What are the pitfalls we should avoid as we approach your teachings?

The Seer:
The teachings we have, were meant to be mastered, applied wherever it lends itself to practical application, and shared from heartfelt inspiration… But I'd really like to explain the dynamics behind our relationship: me vis-à-vis my students.

The two roles that my students and I have respectively played are equally important. It's only when a student (and I regard myself as a cosmic student) steps out if his or her role into mine, that humility goes awry and universal support becomes blocked. The student represents the question, and I represent the answer. Answers reveal themselves to the extent that previous answers are understood and applied and new questions arise. The greater the answers your questions (either asked or simply silently considered) call forth, the more the consciousness levels of all beings on Earth are raised.

Question:
Do you sometimes step out of your role?

The Seer:
Much too frequently. It is a constant battle of self-examination. All of manifested life is unfamiliar to me and is a constant question. My erroneous tendency is to accept others' arrogant insistence that they have answers, as truth. Because all I know, is that I don't know. With utter humility, and in the silence of a mind uncluttered by thought, all is known and need but to be given the opportunity to reveal itself.
