"In my dream I was in a kind of straw hut. The floor was of sand. On the sand lay a sea star with five arms, in a beige color. The arms where all straight, long and equal. I sometimes felt I was it, or that the star was part of me. Hard to say. When I looked closer I saw that one of the five arms was so badly hurt that it almost fell off. Then suddenly, within a second, the whole sea star was torn apart as if an invisible sword had cut it into pieces within the blink of an eye. Only then I became aware of a deep voice in the background saying spells or prayers continually, without stopping. The language was foreign to me. I only remember one word: Dingi."

Buildings, as you may know, represent belief systems; a belief system is a set of beliefs you rely on as a trusted guidance system to base your decisions on. Your dream is addressing something you have relied on to guide you through life, but the hut built on sand says that it is not a trustworthy guidance system for you to rely on.
A starfish represents cellular intelligence (or unrecognized intelligence). In your dream, the starfish had one fifth of its intelligence incapacitated. That would eventually lead up to all of its body being disabled and destroyed.
Your dream is warning that cognitive and non-cognitive intelligence (as for instance, 'cellular' intelligence) is being deliberately destroyed. One fifths is already almost entirely destroyed.
The reliance on intelligence as a guidance system to guide us through life, is not trustworthy. There is a hostile agenda (weapons represent deliberate destructive actions you need to protect yourself against) to deliberately destroy humanity's intelligence and turn them into mindless puppets that can be manipulated.
'Dingi estat' means cultivate mindlessness — develop and rely on effortless knowing.

I've observed this phenomenon, and part of me aside from already having developed and learned to rely on effortless knowing very successfully, has felt impelled to try to "preserve" the tool of intelligence in some way.
For example through study, through deliberately using it when appropriate…
Shouldn't we be trying to do something to prevent this destruction, or safeguard what is left?
Or perhaps the Infinite's intent is simply that we replace the tool of intelligence with effortless knowing as a proxy action, and we don't need intelligence as we've known it anymore…
