If you’re laughing in your dream, it’s different than just a symbol. Laughing while dreaming, is a form of self-healing through releasing energy blockages. Dreaming of laughter, but not actually laughing while asleep, is a symbol to say ‘lighten up’ or ‘don’t take a situation too seriously’.

Amazing! I used to trill with laughter while dreaming. My sister, which slept in the same room at the time was wondering if I was asleep at all. She shared later that I laughed with a very loud and mischievous laughter, which woke her up in the middle of night 😉
