I understand that humanity seems to be increasingly irrational and that to sparingly interact is best, but why are my family members acting so irrationally?
The Seer:
Because you allow them to drain your energy. A godbeing’s energy creates madness in others when exposed to it — it’s a sacred substance that you have undertaken the responsibility to embody. That responsibility demands that you provide a physical sanctuary for it to keep it away from the dysfunctional or the profane.
How We Allow Others to Drain Our Energy
- By trying to pacify them
- By trying to indulge their dysfunction
- By assuming a martyr role (person A “does something to” person B)
- By being passive and allowing the conduct of petty tyrants, rather than being strong in deciding what is acceptable and what is not.
- Be trying to caretake other adults.
Angry and victimized people, don’t become less so if you become nicer to them — they become more obnoxious.
If you allow others to drain your energy and then blame them for acting crazy around you, you are in need of improving the clarity with which to view the situation.

Also, did Almine ever explain what the mechanic is behind this madness that is caused by Original Ones being near humans?
