A blessing is a powerful beneficial outcome a well-wisher intends and envisions for a recipient. The option to receive such a beneficial outcome rests with the recipient, but the blessed outcome lingers as a possibility in the surroundings of the recipient and will activate (manifest) whenever it is permitted to by a willing recipient.
Question:
How does a projected outcome linger around the recipient?
The Seer:
A strongly held desired outcome, broadcasts its intended outcome to the ‘fabric of life’ — the awareness particles. The required awareness particles needed to produce the intended result are attracted to the vicinity of the object of the blessing, to the recipient.
