The Mission of the Sacred Government

The Seer:
Think of the Sacred Government (through self-government) as the counterbalance to the Secret Government:

• They are trained from generation to generation how to steer the course of the affairs of men. You have been trained how to cooperate with cosmic laws and how to govern yourself accordingly.
• They have been trained to stay far ahead of mankind in technology (their technology would seem like magic to us), but you are far ahead of mankind in your training as wielders of proxy magic — the magic of the gods.
• Their mission statement is: stay small and stay secret. Your mission guideline is also “stay small and stay secret”.

They understand that their global domination must be done in a way that does not reveal their involvement; that does not lead back to them as the source. The Sacred Government hides a power so spectacular, that it is hard to fathom — even to themselves. They hide their life-altering power behind the mundane, as they go about their daily tasks. But behind their humble facade they are the rulers of the affairs of men.
