The Seer:
Morality refers to an individual’s internal compass of right and wrong, while ethics are the externally defined standards of conduct that facilitate integrated cooperation and interaction among members within society or other groups of individuals.
This important distinction provides the foundational understanding of why externally imposed value systems must not be allowed to drown out the voice of the internal compass; why the validity of the inner morality must be encouraged rather than denigrated.
For many eons of time, tyrants have imposed self-serving ethics on society to control the behavior of the populace under the guise of propriety, wisdom, or righteousness. Sanctimonious leaders have posed as being all-knowing and have claimed to be intermediaries to the Creator — a notion so absurd, that the mind can hardly comprehend such sanctimonious audacity. Yet millions have been led astray and have been taught that their inner wisdom and morality cannot be trusted.
Thank You Almine for your pearls of wisdom.
I hope we’re including Jesus in this as he is in my book (and personal experience) nothing more than a self important legend in his own mind and a BIG ZERO!!!!
Thanks Almine ❤️
I am aware this also applies to the soul world…I have found that when I am there in dreamtime, I say No when it is not of my highest truth/choice, or there is intent to decieve. Important to be true in both worlds.💓💓
Totally agree… thanks for this important reminder!
Amen.
🙏❤️✨
That distinction and definition of morality vs. ethics is very helpful and important.
Thank you! 🙏
