For example, if the poem evokes feelings of love, praise, and gratitude (in that order) it collectively forms an alchemical equation of ‘Adoration in Action’. For instance:

Moon on the Lake

On the porch of a log cabin home
A father and son sit alone
Watching the moonlit lake

Inside by a lantern’s light
Her song drifting into the night
Mother kneads the bread she’ll bake

On the night breeze float
Her song’s poignant notes
The moon looks over the edge of the night

The ducks on the lake
from her tones awake
And sail down the path of light

Where does it go?
Only the child knows
for magic still lives in his soul

Warm and safe
in his father’s embrace
his spirit is free to roam

As his eyes finally close
the ducks see him go

Not just the words, no. But if your poetry’s ambience can evoke successive feelings in the readers’ heart, if it can stir successive emotional responses in the reader, then yes, it will absolutely create an alchemical equation of the potencies of light and frequency to create beneficial changes in the reader (to enhance him or her alchemically).
