A Capacitor That Harnesses and Stores a Supply of Energy

Question:
What is the purpose of the powersigils created for different purposes? How do we use them?

The Seer:
A powerwheel or sigil is like a capacitor that harnesses and stores a supply of energy to be used as needed. As you look at, or place your hand on the powersigil and then speak and envision the intent for which its power is to be used, you are drawing on the sigil’s power, and evoking its respective Angelgod to aid in actualizing its intended purpose.

Example:
If the intent of a powersigil is to create a harmonious neighborhood, it will respond to any directions from you pertaining to that end. It will not release power to obey any irrelevant commands (like bringing safety to school children, for instance). But you can draw on it, by placing your hand on it and speaking the words, “may a feeling of supported diversity rest over all living in this neighborhood” — for example. The image of a cooperative and supportive neighborhood must be held firmly in your mind… It communicates to the universe what you mean with your words; how would you wish to see your instruction unfold.
