The subpersonalities are not able to contribute in their own specific ways; the psyche is not able to draw on their respective gifts and talents. Because instead of the subpersonalities interacting with supportive diversity, they have allowed the Inner Warrior to dominate the other subpersonalities. Because the Inner Warrior has become a dysfunctional tyrant, addicted to being combative, the Inner Warrior battles against external circumstances and individuals. This folly arises because the realization that external circumstance is but a mirror image of the Individual’s response to life unfolding, a self-created projection of the inner reality of the individual, needs to be foremost in one’s mind as one travels on life’s eternal journey.
