The realization that your physical individuation is not a dividing boundary between inner and outer realities, but rather, an open portal through which the inner and outer experiences of your lives merge, is beyond the cognitive grasp of the intellect. It must be meditated on, so that it may be grasped noncognitively by the feelings of the heart. To live from integrated inner and outer realities, must be done from a highly evolved state of self-mastery; it is from such an advanced state of being where even the slightest and most fleeting intent manifests.
