Set aside a weekend in which you turn off all communication with, or information from the outside world (no cell phones or music or TV or computers).
- Don’t leave the house other than being in the complete silence of nature.
- Don’t drive a car or visit a store or restaurant or any other place where you are among people.
- Don’t keep track of time. Have food for three days handy and eat and sleep when you feel like it. Go to bed with the sun and wake up when you feel like it.
- Don’t engage your thoughts but allow them to be still. When a thought arises, just observe it and like a wave on the ocean, allow the thought to sink back into the depths whence it came from.
The above method causes a powerful release of tension in the body, so much so that you will experience a bliss so deep that it will change your life.
Question please: is it OK to read books during that time or better to avoid them as well?

Already the preparations and setting up for today’s ceremony started a movement of purification in many areas: the home and to be clean and closets tidier, feelings and thoughts elevated, etc. to allow for more fluidity of being.
Drinking boiled water, as advised, has a good effect on my system.
