To move to a reality with a higher frequency, denser material form has to be transmuted to a higher frequency. Transmutation is the gift of alchemy. During the ceremony, your body will participate and lead the way for the alchemical transmutation of matter to sacred matter.

Making the Body Receptive for Receiving the Alchemical Process
- To become a part of the alchemical equation or act as a cauldron (receptacle) for the alchemy, requires a preparation period during which the participant drinks a daily 8oz glass of warm water before breakfast right after waking. (Ideally the period is 1-2 weeks, but you can make up for this the day after the ceremony, by drinking extra water for detoxification.)
- An additional (highly recommended) way of making the body receptive for receiving the alchemical process, is done during the week leading up to the ceremony: set aside a half an hour a day of sitting or lying on the earth. You can also just walk barefoot on the grass or ground. Under a dark microscope it can be noticed that this practice ‘unsticks’ the red blood cells that cluster and stick together.
- Internalize the 27 Principles of Reverence (included in the ceremony kit), and contemplate how they jointly form an alchemical equation that equates to, ‘A Reverent Journey Through Eternity’.

Regarding connecting with nature. We were given grounding sigils years ago to wear in shoes; can these be used as part of the preparation.
Will listening to the sounds of nature and the 144 Songs of the earth help in preparation?

Would you Rogier, mind asking our beloved Seer what the next best thing would be for readiness, in regards to connecting to the earth, for those with 6 inches of snow on the ground? (Perhaps just connecting in meditation? or go out and walk in nature and connect with the trees?) Many thanks.
She recommends to have an earthing blanket or mat regardless (which is something that could be used instead) but I’ll ask.
