Ceremonial Space (Ikelke)

Create a ceremonial circle around the center stack over which you will be lying on your back. The stack will be placed under you, behind the belly button. The circle consists of 18 stacks, evenly spaced, consisting of four Ikelke Wisdoms each (1-4, 5-8, 9-12, etc.), starting at 12 o'clock, above where your head will be.

The Evening Meditation of Ikelke

Set aside about fifteen minutes to contemplate three of the principles of the Wisdom of Ikelke. Do this nightly until you've worked your way through all the principles (it should take about a month). Then start again and try and probe the deeper level of meaning of each chosen principle. Determine ways in which you can express the principle in your daily life the following day.

Spiritualizing the 13 Main Joints of the Body

The thirteen pairs of purification and fullness wheels need to be positioned against their corresponding joints. You can lay on top of the wheel pairs, or attach each (for example with tape) to its joint. As you lay down, all you need to do is listen, and move the powerwheel (placed at your feet) through the body.
