To help others or to manifest unexpected blessings, requires that your life is lived from a position of strength – a strong foundation.

Here's what that entails:

• To be in debt is a very weak foundation. I have been saying for years: get out of debt!
• When your health is being assailed by viruses, hostile waveforms and harmful vaccines or medications, what you eat today is very much going to determine how well you survive tomorrow. Eat healthy whole foods. Put your immune system on a firm foundation.

Cultivating a Positive Attitude

1. Find something that inspires and uplifts in your day every day.
2. Be grateful for what you've got instead of always reaching for something more. Realize that abundance comes in many different forms, and acknowledge with gratitude whatever form your abundance may come in.
3. Do your allotted tasks with gladness and view the strength and capability to do your work as a privilege rather than a chore. Let excellence be the hallmark of all you do.
4. Surround yourself with those who contribute to your life and treat you with love and respect. In return respect the Earth and her creatures that your footsteps may be reverent ones along your eternal journey.
