There’s more to the parallel realities issue than just “removing” them. You should definitely not attempt to work on them without some serious study (this could take weeks — from my side first). In fact, it’s best to remove that from your repertoire altogether. Recently I had several recurring dreams of buildings, houses, and rooms collapsing. The last one I had was of a barn full of cows collapsing. Only 10 days later I learned of a dairy farm explosion in Texas where 18,000 dairy cows transitioned.
I felt like the recurring dreams, which were all different scenarios, were possibly showing me timelines collapsing. I’m curious what Almine has to say about this.???

As I read this one section from the book Windows into Eternity, something resonated very clearly about what would be good to remove. It is the subliminal noise. I have been experiencing very strong vertigo and nausea at times for a few weeks but could not yet get to the root of it. As I was reading this one section from the book Windows into Eternity, I felt that same nausea, just reading about the subliminal noise.
I was even going to order the PS for the protection from the noise, but was not really sure if that would be the right type of Power sigil for what what I was experiencing, but everything I read in this paragraph feels somehow connecting the dots.
This is what Almine says about the subliminal noise:
“It was found that there was subliminal noise pulling beings out of
eternal time (where innocence is found) into linear time (loss of
innocence). The noise came from memories of obsolete cycles of life
held in the amygdala and memories of obsolete patterns of existence
found in the reptilian brain. These were cleared by Mother, much like
deleting memories from a computer. They are to hold only that which
is reflective of the One Life, not that which is not.”
