May I ask what is the symbolism (or language of pain) of a swollen lymph node? (I am not sure if the location matters.)

The Seer:
There are trigger points on the psyche (called engrams), that are caused by unrecapitulated past events. When the environment manifests such a triggering set of circumstances, one’s emotions flare up.
