So the 'AI harvesting' would go on top, when stacked?

No. If you're stacking them vertically, rather than left to right, then the AI harvesting sigil is on the bottom, then the 5G, then the EMF protection sigil. All are facing outwards.
Update (June 11, 2023)
Per the Seer today, here are the official stacks: one for computers, the other for smartphones. If you don't, for example, have the shungite sigil, then you don't include it. Note the difference in ELF (for smartphones) and EMF (for computers) – both sigils are included with the bath salts.

Notes
- The shungite sigil is "optional" insofar as it prematurely addresses a future potential (namely mass control via graphene oxide). Either way, we recommend you stockpile actual elite shungite. (More on this later.)
- The EMF and ELF powersigils are part of the sacred space bath salts equation and so presuppose that you are working with these salts.
- "Facing outwards" means that the printed side of the paper is facing away from the phone or computer (i.e. it's visible) — regardless of whether you stick it to the top or bottom of the device.
✶And the AI sigil itself consists of two layers, in which the god alphabet grid goes on top.
What if you don't have a bathtub? Is there any way of getting the ELF and EMF power sigils without a bath salts?

Oh yes please… this is a head scratcher …
I assume that on a tablet we turn it over to place the Sigils left to right? Meaning that when we use our screen the one on the back left is on our right behind the screen.
If we have a laptop do we glue them to the cover, or underneath? If underneath which way is up? Oh dear! Is there salvation for the dyslexic?
I have the same question BK. And I am not dyslexic.
I have it stacked and facing upward/outward as Almine says. I have taped it under my laptop facing up….if this helps.
