The Seer:
The change from light dominant to frequency dominant started to happen in 2019, but reached a ‘critical mass’ yesterday (the top of the ellipse — see the featured image). The frequency will become stronger gradually — not suddenly.
Seer’s Note:
When perception has not dawned sufficiently during the ascent of light, frequency isn’t properly regulated and becomes a chaotic outpouring of emotion. It is merciful that perception wanes slowly as emotion rises slowly.

Is today or was yesterday the first day?

Yesterday at approximately 4:50 PM the crucial ascent of frequency began. Today is the first full day of frequency’s dominance.†

Gradual heart centered changes within and therefore around us! People will be acting from their hearts more. Which means big societal changes of more heart will begin to take place. Yay!.
