Almine, i had a dream that I was on another planet/moon very close to the earth. On it I came across the remnants of humans trying to set up a colony but some ET's had taken over and it was abandoned. However, I came across a human guy who was helping out the ET's, basically turning against humans. I tried talking some sense into him by telling him that it was not guaranteed that the ET's would spare his life nor reward him for helping them out. He didn't listen.
I don't know, but the children I have interacted with are "resurrected children" they are more aware and conscious than their parents. They are more than capable of raising themselves, they have a better understanding of the Infinite than the parents. Not all children are these but they are the ones that will lead eventually. These are children that are very advanced in their awareness,that isn't "intelligence" driven if you know what I mean. I feel these children will not be so impressed by technology as their parents are, and eventually technology will be tamed and used properly to enhance life, rather than destroy it. These children feel more impressed with nature and the Earth and stars.So it may not be a "dire" thing?, it may just be the trajectory of evolution where the children are much more conscious than the parent, for the next grand step (in evolution) to happen. I try not to see anything as "good" or "bad", anymore, as these (opposites) Almine has pointed out should inspire rather than determine.

Oh yes! This is my observation from my fairly limited exposure to these new children. Our littlest grandson, conceived when Almine first announced the arrival of these already-resurrected children, doesn't ask for screen-time (and is not offered it) but to go outside…resisting jacket and cap if possible. To experience the Elements. His nanny is a big dog, always at his heels… with a parent or big brother not far behind of course.

For instance there is a movement of Lightworker circles emerging along the Perth coast – thousands gathering to share their love for each other and their communities..beautiful
I believe this is more for America than Mexico or Canada. Americas Pluto return has just happened the past few weeks. Pluto has to do with deep secrets, sub conscious, and fundamental changes. So theres big events brewing. People dont normally want to change things until things get really out of whack and the time is almost here. When the US implements these changes. (after a period of turmoil) Mexico and Canada will follow.

Refuse to travail in childbirth? What does this mean?
I think it may mean that women are having second thoughts about having children, 'founding a family', in these uncertain times. In the US raising children in a consumerism context is becoming difficult to afford. They'd rather work to earn and leave the kids they already have to their own digital devices.
Prenatal, maternity and postnatal care are expensive inthe States.

I'm also starting to surrender to the feeling that mabye this particular group of "good guys" within the military don't even exist.
