When the mind is silenced the heart bursts open. It is then that we can truly live from the heart, aware that it is a sacred space. The heart is where we experience who we really are. It is also the way we can consciously co-create our world and fulfill our purpose for being. In the heart we can expand until we include everything and know we are beings as vast as the cosmos.
By living from the heart, we realize separation is an illusion. By living from the heart we connect to all life. But the ultimate joy of living from the heart is knowing that we and the Infinite Mother are one. This is our birthright.
