Yes, because it's the middle between inner and outer space. The bottom loop†is Teal, though not as a color, but as a subjective experience. For instance, if you've have cleared and travelled through the Haaraknit passage, and you meditate on Teal, a subjective reality unique to each individual godbeing reveals itself.

My understanding is from "behind the navel". This is where I visualize the lights exploding from.
