I was just noticing this in some Indian, Tamil and people of adjoining Karnatika state. How sanguine and sage they were. These were just people on the street in the small towns and villages. In the city people were a bit more detached but still connected to the earth. These people did not get upset with little problems they just accepted and did their best.
Very nice to see this, even just in a television program.
It's a travel show on India and it's history. Very well done on PBS, Friday night around 8pm EST.
