Is it coincidental that this year, once again, in the month of July, there are great changes made in the Angelic kingdom by elevating them all into the god kingdom? Are they preparing for something? (For example, an attack?)

There is no such thing as ‘coincidence’ within a cosmos being continually created by the Infinite. But I can, unfortunately, not give any more information at this time.
Update (July 30)
The Seer contacted me in the middle of her night and confirmed that there is no attack anticipated against the Angels in the month of August (link). There will, however, be a specific date set aside in which the Angelgods will, with the assistance of the Original Ones, clean up the environment of the planet, and thereby save life on Earth. We will let you know the date and what part you’ll be playing in this massive initiative.
