Only the black races from African descent are in the West. Other native and indigenous tribes of people are in the East. The East can be empowered by finding areas of victimhood and blame we may harbor, and eliminating them by truly realizing that we are the designers of our own journey; the engineers of our own fate.

The East indicates the completion of cycles, new beginnings, and the conclusion of a time of testing. The beginning of new perceptions. Power through increased vision.
