- Poor timing — lack of self-control and intent to be heard, creates the urge to speak at inappropriate times
- Control through creating verbal confusion – giving obscure and disorganized information
- Injuriousness through gossip
- The desire to be understood, or to cord (hook) another with our words

To read those words I can align myself for some time now with those and
have used some unheard sentences to be heard for the first time in my life.
To also “protect” myself and have now my own song back. Inmidst all this I
can say that those accords could help to heal myself — it has
done a very good job. Meaning – that I do not need peoples approval any longer.
The song is the song I had to allow myself to “sing” to others in a
different language.

This topic resonates strongly for me since I pay attention to the power of words that I and others use. It observes destructive or non life enhancing speech patterns where the “unsung feminine” may also show up as discriminatory words & actions towards various minorities or disadvantaged peoples.
