The Earth entrains the individual, and the individual entrains the Earth. That means this mutual entrainment causes the Earth and the individual to affect one another. The Earth has a healing frequency. Coming in contact with the Earth for 40 minutes a day (rubber soles block this healing exchange), can allow self-healing to take place in the body. Feeling love, praise and gratitude when in nature, heals the Earth.
